Formula E Confirms Madrid Jarama as Venue for Historic GEN4 Race Car Debut Ahead of 2026/27 Season

Madrid, Spain, June 3, 2026: Formula E and the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile have announced that the iconic Circuito de Madrid Jarama – RACE will host the championship’s official pre-season testing programme from November 16 to 20, 2026, marking the first public on-track appearance of the revolutionary GEN4 race car.

The five-day test will serve as the official launch event for the 2026/27 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship season and provide teams, drivers and manufacturers with their first opportunity to evaluate the most advanced electric race car ever developed for the series.
