OnePlus Nord CE6 Launched in India at ₹27,999 With 8000mAh Battery, 144Hz AMOLED Display and Snapdragon 7s Gen 4

Bengaluru, India, May 08, 2026: Global smartphone brand OnePlus has officially launched the new OnePlus Nord CE6 in India, bringing flagship-inspired gaming performance, massive battery life, AI-powered camera features, and military-grade durability to the mid-premium smartphone segment. The smartphone starts at ₹27,999 and will go on open sale from May 8, 2026, at 12 PM IST as an Amazon Special.

The new OnePlus Nord CE6 will be available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage variants across Amazon.in, OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store App, OnePlus Experience Stores, and select offline retail partners. Customers can also avail up to six months of no-cost EMI and instant discounts of up to ₹2,000 on select bank cards.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor with dual-chip architecture, the OnePlus Nord CE6 is designed to deliver ultra-smooth gaming and multitasking performance. The device supports up to 144FPS gameplay in supported titles and includes a dedicated Touch Reflex Chip with 3200Hz touch response for faster and more responsive controls. OnePlus has also equipped the smartphone with a large VC cooling system spanning over 33,000mm² to maintain thermal efficiency during extended gaming sessions.

One of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus Nord CE6 is its massive 8000mAh battery, which promises more than two days of battery backup on a single charge. The device supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, bypass charging for gaming, and 27W reverse wired charging. According to OnePlus, the Battery Health Engine is designed to retain long-term battery performance for up to six years of regular usage.

The smartphone sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED Sunburst HDR display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1800 nits for improved outdoor visibility. Eye-care technologies such as 3840Hz PWM dimming and hardware-level blue light filtering are also included for comfortable viewing during prolonged usage. Dual stereo speakers with 300% Ultra Volume and Aqua Touch 2.0 further enhance the multimedia experience.

For photography, the OnePlus Nord CE6 features a 50MP dual-OIS rear camera and a 32MP autofocus selfie camera with 4K video recording support on both front and rear cameras. AI-powered imaging tools including AI Eraser, AI Unblur, AI Reflection Eraser, AI Perfect Shot, and AI Portrait Glow aim to simplify editing and improve image quality.

Running on OxygenOS 16, the smartphone integrates Google Gemini and several OnePlus AI tools including Circle to Search and Gemini Live for productivity and smart assistance features.
