Kia Carens Clavis EV Crosses 1,100 Corporate Fleet Deployments; 100 Units Delivered to Refex Mobility

New Delhi, India, August 11, 2026: Kia India has announced that its Carens Clavis EV has crossed more than 1,100 units deployed in corporate fleets since its launch in July 2025, highlighting the growing adoption of electric vehicles for business and fleet mobility in India.

Further strengthening its presence in the corporate EV segment, Kia India has also announced a 100-unit Carens Clavis EV fleet deployment for Refex Mobility. The first batch of vehicles was handed over at a ceremony attended by senior leadership from Kia India.

The latest deployment underscores Kia India’s focus on expanding electric mobility beyond private customers and into corporate and fleet applications. The company believes the Carens Clavis EV’s combination of interior space, comfort, technology and electric efficiency makes it suitable for the requirements of everyday fleet operations.

According to Kia India, the Carens Clavis EV is designed to meet the demands of intensive fleet usage, with a spacious cabin, comfortable seating and an advanced Battery Management System aimed at supporting efficiency and safety.

The automaker is also focusing on developing a broader EV ecosystem, including charging solutions and after-sales support, to make the transition to electric mobility more practical for corporate customers.

Kia India partners with Refex Mobility for 100 EV fleet deployment

The partnership with Refex Mobility brings together Kia India’s electric vehicle technology and Refex Mobility’s expertise in fleet operations. The 100-unit deployment is expected to help enterprises integrate zero-emission vehicles into their regular transportation requirements.

Commenting on the milestone, Atul Sood, Senior Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said that the deployment demonstrates how electric mobility can be integrated into everyday corporate transportation.

He highlighted the Carens Clavis EV’s spacious cabin, comfortable seating, range suited to fleet requirements and advanced Battery Management System as key attributes for corporate customers.

Sood added that Kia India has expanded the Carens Clavis EV’s reach from individual customers to fleet operations and that corporate fleets can play an important role in accelerating India’s transition towards cleaner mobility.
