Ducati Appoints Fabrizio Cazzoli as Global Sales & After Sales Director, Joins Board of Management
Borgo Panigale (Italy), July 23, 2026: Ducati has announced the appointment of Fabrizio Cazzoli as its new Global Sales & After Sales Director, with immediate effect. As part of his new responsibilities, Cazzoli will also join the Ducati Board of Management, where he will oversee the Italian motorcycle manufacturer’s global commercial strategy and after-sales operations.
The leadership change comes as Ducati continues to strengthen its international presence across 86 countries, with a focus on expanding its premium motorcycle business and enhancing customer experience worldwide.
Fabrizio Cazzoli to Lead Ducati’s Global Sales Strategy
A long-serving Ducati executive, Fabrizio Cazzoli began his career with the company in logistics before moving into commercial and international leadership roles. During his career, he has managed Ducati’s operations in Japan and later returned to the company after a stint at Maserati to oversee key strategic markets, including China and the United Kingdom.
In his new position, Cazzoli will be responsible for defining and executing Ducati’s worldwide sales and after-sales strategy. His role includes managing the company’s commercial development across 86 international markets, while directly overseeing Ducati’s 13 National Sales Companies and its network of independent distributors.
He will also supervise several core business functions, including:
- Sales Strategy
- Planning and Business Development
- Commercial After Sales
- Customer Service
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Customer Experience Excellence
- Dealer Training
Francesco Milicia Takes on New Role Within the Group
Cazzoli succeeds Francesco Milicia, who is leaving the role after playing a significant part in Ducati’s commercial growth through various leadership positions. Ducati confirmed that Milicia will take on a new professional assignment within the wider Group.

Commenting on the appointment, Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati, said Fabrizio Cazzoli’s extensive international experience and deep understanding of the Ducati brand make him the ideal choice to lead the company’s global commercial operations.
He also thanked Francesco Milicia for his contribution over the years, highlighting his leadership and the strong results achieved during his tenure.

Sara Falzolgher to Lead Ducati UK Operations
As part of the management reshuffle, Ducati has also appointed Sara Falzolgher, currently the company’s Marketing and Communications Director, to oversee the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Norway markets.
Falzolgher will take over responsibility for Ducati’s UK subsidiary following Cazzoli’s promotion. Having held several international positions within Ducati, she is expected to continue expanding the brand’s presence across these important European markets.

With the latest appointments, Ducati has reaffirmed its strategy of promoting experienced internal leaders to key management positions.
