EKA Mobility Opens First All-Range Electric Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Kanpur

Kanpur, India, August 12, 2026: EKA Mobility has inaugurated its first all-range electric commercial vehicle dealership in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, in partnership with Stellar Mobility, strengthening the electric commercial vehicle maker’s sales, distribution and after-sales network across Northern India.

Located in Bhauti, Chakarpur, the new dealership offers EKA Mobility’s complete range of “Born Electric” commercial vehicles, covering applications from last-mile transportation and small commercial operations to passenger mobility and heavy-duty freight.

The dealership was inaugurated by Dr. Sudhir Mehta, Founder & Chairman, EKA Mobility, in the presence of Arihant Mehta, Group President, EKA Mobility, Rohit Shrivastava, Business Head & Chief Growth Officer, EKA Mobility, and Stellar Mobility representatives Jaspreet Singh and Ashish Jakhodia.

EKA Mobility dealership offers complete electric CV range

The Kanpur dealership will showcase EKA Mobility’s broad portfolio of electric commercial vehicles. The range includes electric three-wheelers such as the EKA 6S, EKA 3S and EKA 3W Cargo, along with small commercial vehicles spanning the EKA 1.5T to 3.5T categories.

The dealership will also offer EKA’s electric bus portfolio, comprising the EKA 7M, 9M, 12M, Coach and Low Floor models. At the top end of the portfolio is the EKA 55T heavy-duty electric truck, giving customers access to electric commercial vehicles across multiple segments from a single outlet.

Designed as a fully integrated 3S facility covering Sales, Service and Spares, the dealership will provide vehicle sales, maintenance and after-sales support. It features dedicated workshop facilities and trained technicians aimed at ensuring reliable support for individual commercial vehicle operators as well as fleet owners.

The facility will also provide access to EKA Connect, the company’s AI-powered fleet management platform. The system is designed to help fleet operators monitor and manage their vehicles while improving uptime and operational efficiency.

EKA Mobility targets 200+ dealerships by FY27

Commenting on the inauguration, Dr. Sudhir Mehta, Founder & Chairman, EKA Mobility, said the new dealership would help create a stronger retail and service ecosystem for commercial customers in Uttar Pradesh.

He added that EKA Mobility aims to expand its network to more than 200 dealerships across over 20 states by FY27, supporting the growing demand for electric commercial vehicles in key transportation and logistics markets across India.

EKA expands electric commercial vehicle manufacturing capacity

EKA Mobility is an Indian original equipment manufacturer offering a full range of electric commercial vehicles, from three-wheelers to 55-tonne heavy-duty trucks. The company says its vehicles are designed, engineered and manufactured in India in line with the Government of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.

The company currently operates three manufacturing facilities. These include its electric bus manufacturing plant at Koregaon Bhima and its truck and small commercial vehicle manufacturing facility at Chakan, Pune.

EKA Mobility is also developing a new 47-acre manufacturing facility at Pithampur, which is expected to further expand its production capabilities.

Collectively, the company’s manufacturing facilities are planned to support an annual production capacity of 10,000 buses, 24,000 small commercial vehicles and 4,000 trucks.
