New Delhi, India, August 3, 2026: Sonalika Tractors has reported its best-ever July sales performance, selling 11,442 tractors in July 2026. The company also achieved an industry-leading domestic sales growth of 27.2%, outperforming the domestic tractor industry by 1.3 times and emerging as the highest market share gainer during the month.

According to the company, the record-breaking performance was driven by its farmer-centric product strategy, strong demand for higher-horsepower (HP) tractors, and favourable agricultural conditions supported by the revival of the monsoon and progress in the kharif sowing season.

Sonalika Becomes Highest Market Share Gainer

Sonalika said its domestic sales grew 27.2% year-on-year, allowing it to outperform the overall domestic tractor market by 1.3X. The company attributed the growth to its customised solutions designed for Indian farmers and its continued focus on innovation and operational excellence.

The company noted that farmers are increasingly shifting towards high HP tractors to maximise productivity during shorter operational windows, particularly as agricultural activities gather pace following improved monsoon conditions.

Sonalika said demand is steadily moving towards higher horsepower tractors that deliver greater efficiency, reliability and productivity.
