BharatBenz Expands Maharashtra Network with New Dealerships in Talegaon and Malegaon

Pune, Maharashtra, March 26, 2026: Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck, has strengthened its presence in Maharashtra with the inauguration of two new authorised BharatBenz dealerships in Talegaon near Pune and Malegaon in Nashik district. Developed in partnership with Autobahn Trucking, the new facilities are strategically positioned to enhance sales, service and spares support across key industrial and logistics corridors in Western India.

Located on the busy NH48 Mumbai–Bangalore highway, the Talegaon facility benefits from proximity to Pune’s major transport hubs and is designed to cater to high vehicle movement between major cities. The Malegaon outlet, on the other hand, extends coverage to the northern Maharashtra industrial belt, supporting routes such as Nashik–Dhule and the larger Agra–Indore–Mumbai corridor. Together, the two dealerships are expected to significantly improve accessibility for fleet operators, construction companies and transport businesses by ensuring service reach within three hours on major highways.

The Talegaon dealership stands out as one of the largest such facilities in Maharashtra, spread across three acres with a built-up area of around 40,000 sq. ft. Equipped with 16 service bays and full 3S capabilities—sales, service and spares—it has the capacity to service up to 7,200 vehicles annually. The facility also caters to bus customers and is designed to deliver faster turnaround times and higher uptime for commercial vehicles. Complementing this, the Malegaon dealership features two service bays and a dedicated parts centre, focusing on segments such as tankers, bulkers and agricultural transport.

Commenting on the expansion, Rajiv Chaturvedi, President and Chief Business Officer at DICV, highlighted the importance of strong after-sales support in a state like Maharashtra, where industrial and logistics activity continues to grow rapidly. He noted that the new facilities are part of the company’s broader push to expand to over 450 touchpoints across India while delivering best-in-class uptime and service experience for BharatBenz customers.

Echoing this sentiment, Mohamed Farzad, Managing Director of Autobahn Trucking, said the new dealerships are equipped with advanced infrastructure and skilled teams to help customers improve operational efficiency and vehicle uptime. He added that the Talegaon facility, in particular, will play a key role in supporting BharatBenz vehicles operating along the high-traffic Mumbai–Bangalore corridor, while also addressing the needs of tipper and construction vehicle operators in the region.
