Omega Seiki Mobility Partners with ELECTRA AI to Bring Advanced Battery Intelligence to EV Ecosystem
New Delhi, India, August 18, 2026: Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), one of India’s electric vehicle manufacturers, has announced a strategic partnership with ELECTRA AI, the company behind the “AI Brain for Batteries™”, to integrate advanced battery health intelligence across OSM’s electric vehicle ecosystem.
The partnership will enable real-time battery monitoring, predictive analytics and State of Health (SoH) insights across OSM’s fleet. The companies said the technology will help improve vehicle performance, extend battery life and provide greater transparency to customers, financiers, retailers and fleet operators.
As electric vehicle adoption continues to grow in India, battery performance and reliability are becoming increasingly important factors in vehicle uptime, financing decisions and total cost of ownership. Through the partnership, OSM will leverage ELECTRA AI’s battery intelligence platform to gain deeper insights into battery health and performance.
The technology is expected to support proactive maintenance, improved warranty management and data-driven product development, while helping fleet operators reduce unplanned downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Battery Health and EV Resale Value
Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said battery health will play a crucial role in developing a credible secondary market for electric vehicles.
According to Narang, battery health is a key determinant of an EV’s residual value, and transparent battery-health information can help buyers, financiers and fleet operators make more informed decisions.
He said the partnership with ELECTRA AI will provide greater visibility into battery performance, potentially helping improve resale values, expand access to financing and support wider EV adoption by ensuring electric vehicles retain value throughout their lifecycle.
Vivek Dhawan, Chief Strategy Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility, said the collaboration will help OSM move beyond simply selling electric vehicles and focus on improving asset performance throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
By integrating ELECTRA AI’s analytics into its ecosystem, OSM expects to gain deeper operational insights that can enhance fleet productivity, reduce unplanned downtime, strengthen warranty management and support data-driven product development.
ELECTRA AI Battery Intelligence Platform
Fabrizio Martini, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ELECTRA AI, said vehicle manufacturers need greater intelligence to develop more capable and affordable EVs while providing confidence to customers and fleet operators.
He said ELECTRA AI’s battery intelligence platform is designed to provide real-world battery insights that can help OEMs design better vehicles, strengthen customer assurance and keep fleets operational.
The partnership between OSM and ELECTRA AI comes as battery intelligence becomes an increasingly important component of the electric mobility ecosystem. Beyond vehicle performance, battery-health data can influence maintenance, warranties, financing, resale values and fleet operations.
