Bengaluru, India, November 2, 2026: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) registered total sales of 30,360 units in October 2026, comprising 29,521 units in the domestic market and 839 units exported.
For the January-October 2026 period, TKM recorded cumulative sales of 3,25,274 units, registering a 3% year-on-year growth over the 3,15,716 units sold during the corresponding period in 2025.
Domestic sales during the first ten months of 2026 stood at 2,99,140 units, up 4% from 2,87,338 units in the same period last year. Exports, however, declined by 8% to 26,134 units from 28,378 units in January-October 2025.
The overall growth was supported by performance in the domestic market, which accounted for the bulk of TKM’s cumulative sales during the period.
Commenting on the performance, Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President, Sales, Service and Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said the festive season had continued to generate encouraging customer interest across markets. He attributed this to customer confidence in Toyota’s products and services, while highlighting the company’s focus on its product portfolio, ownership experience and customer-centric initiatives.
Manohar also said the recently launched New Toyota Glanza had received an encouraging response from customers, with its design, features and value proposition contributing to its appeal.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s October performance comes amid continued festive-season activity in the Indian automobile market. The company said it remains focused on delivering reliable, sustainable and accessible mobility solutions while strengthening its customer and dealer relationships.
