Franklin Deepak Dominates Dust to the Clouds-4 Hill Climb, Clinches Four Wins and Fastest Rider Award

Bengaluru, India, June 9, 2026: Bengaluru rider Franklin Deepak delivered a commanding performance at the fourth edition of the Dust to the Clouds Hill Climb, winning four categories and earning the coveted King of the Hills title after recording the fastest ascent of the event. The FMSCI-approved two-wheeler hill climb competition concluded at Mallappa Konda, Kuppam, on Sunday.

Organized by Motorsport Inc under the leadership of Jaidas Menon, the popular hill climb event attracted 82 entries and featured some of the country’s leading riders competing across multiple classes.

Deepak’s outstanding weekend saw him secure victories in the Group B 4-Stroke 165-260cc, Group B 4-Stroke 261-450cc, Royal Enfield 450cc & Above, and the prestigious Foreign Open category. Riding a Kawasaki Z900 in the Foreign Open class, he clocked a blistering 3 minutes, 30.548 seconds, the fastest time of the event, to claim the Fastest Rider honour.

Speaking after his triumph, Deepak said: “I am delighted today. The climb was fast and technical, and everything came together perfectly for me this weekend. I was able to improve by nearly six seconds over my previous winning performance. Winning four classes and taking the Fastest Rider award is very satisfying, and I thank my team, supporters and the organisers for putting together another excellent event.”

Deepak Dominates Foreign Open Category

The premier Foreign Open class witnessed Deepak comfortably outpace his rivals. Karan Mohan finished second while Sanjeev Suresh secured third place. Deepak’s dominance throughout the competition underlined his versatility across different motorcycle categories.

Sidhant Sreedhar Shines in Indian Open

Another standout performer was Sidhant Sreedhar, who emerged victorious in the highly competitive Indian Open category. Sreedhar posted a winning time of 3:36.082, finishing ahead of Sai Shreyash and Sagnik Deb.

Sreedhar also demonstrated consistency by securing second place in the Group B 4-Stroke 261-450cc category behind Franklin Deepak.

Arjun SSB and Hemanth Kumar Secure Category Wins

In the Foreign Class 450-800cc category, Arjun SSB claimed top honours ahead of Sanjeev Suresh, while Hemanth Kumar emerged victorious in the Group B Two-Stroke Up to 165cc class.

Imtiaz Pasha topped the Royal Enfield Up to 450cc category to add his name to the winners’ list.
