New Delhi, September 18, 2025 – OM SYSTEM, a global leader in imaging technology built on the 85-year legacy of Olympus, has announced the launch of two highly anticipated products in India — the OM-5 Mark II interchangeable lens camera and the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 50-200mm F2.8 IS PRO lens. With these launches, OM SYSTEM reaffirms its commitment to India, positioning the country as a strategic growth hub for the Asia Pacific region.
OM-5 Mark II: Compact Powerhouse for Outdoor Creators
The newly launched OM-5 Mark II is designed for photography enthusiasts who demand portability, durability, and high performance. Compact and lightweight, the camera is splashproof, dustproof, and freezeproof (IPX53, up to -10°C), making it ideal for challenging terrains. Key features include:

M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 50-200mm F2.8 IS PRO Lens
The new 50-200mm F2.8 IS PRO lens sets a new benchmark in outdoor imaging. With a constant F2.8 aperture and a wide 100-400mm (35mm equivalent) focal range, the lens is engineered for wildlife, birding, macro, and sports photography. Highlights include:
- Compatibility with 5-axis Sync IS, offering up to 7.0 steps of compensation
- Professional-grade resolution across the zoom range
- Built to Micro Four Thirds System standards
The lens will be available on order basis from October 1, 2025, priced at ₹3,29,990.
