Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition Sold Out in India; Limited to 25 Units

Pune, India, October 13, 2026: Jeep India has announced that the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition has sold out following a strong response from customers across the country. Limited to just 25 units for the Indian market, the special edition has been fully allocated, highlighting the demand for exclusive SUVs that combine distinctive styling, off-road capability and collectible appeal.

Priced at ₹73.55 lakh (ex-showroom), the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition will be delivered to customers through authorised Jeep dealerships across India by the end of October 2026.

The limited-production model celebrates Jeep’s heritage and draws inspiration from the legendary CJ-Universal, particularly its iconic Arctic White roof. The special edition combines the Wrangler Rubicon’s renowned off-road credentials with distinctive design elements that set it apart from the standard SUV.

Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Edition: Exclusive Design Highlights

The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition features a Bright White painted hardtop roof, a Bright White seven-slot grille, exclusive exterior graphics and Whitecap-specific detailing. The special edition was offered exclusively in the Mojito Green exterior colour, creating a distinctive contrast with its white design elements.

Inspired by classic Jeep models, the Whitecap Edition brings together heritage styling and the modern Wrangler’s rugged character. Jeep positioned the model as a collector-focused offering for enthusiasts seeking exclusivity alongside the brand’s traditional emphasis on freedom, adventure and off-road capability.

The edition was introduced as part of Jeep’s celebration of its nearly 85-year legacy of innovation and off-road leadership.

Jeep India Highlights Strong Customer Response

Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director – Automotive Brands, Stellantis India, said the response to the Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition demonstrated the strong emotional connection Indian customers share with the Jeep brand.

He described the Whitecap as a limited-production collector’s edition created for customers who value distinctive design and exclusivity. The complete allocation of all 25 units, he added, underlined the enduring appeal of the Wrangler and growing interest in rare Jeep vehicles among Indian enthusiasts.

Priyesh also noted that the Whitecap Edition’s sell-out during Jeep India’s 10th anniversary year was an endorsement of the Wrangler nameplate and the evolving premium adventure SUV market in India.

He added that the company was encouraged by customer interest and was exploring the possibility of bringing this distinctive interpretation of the Wrangler back to India in the future. However, no confirmed plan for another edition has been announced.

Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Edition Sold Out: What It Means for Buyers

With all 25 units allocated, the Wrangler Rubicon Whitecap Edition becomes an especially exclusive offering in Jeep India’s portfolio. Its limited production run, heritage-inspired styling and unique colour combination distinguish it from regular Wrangler models.

The response also highlights the appeal of special editions in India’s premium SUV segment, where distinctive styling, brand heritage and limited availability can influence purchase decisions among enthusiasts and collectors.

For the 25 customers who secured the Whitecap Edition, ownership also brings membership of a select global community of Whitecap owners connected by a shared interest in exploration and adventure.
