New Delhi, India, May 27, 2026: Maruti Suzuki India Limited has achieved a major milestone in its after-sales operations by servicing more than 2.84 crore vehicles during the 2025-26 financial year, marking the highest-ever annual service load handled in the company’s history.

The record was made possible through Maruti Suzuki’s extensive nationwide service network comprising 5,926 service touchpoints, backed by trained manpower, streamlined processes and technology-enabled service operations.

Commenting on the achievement, Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said the milestone reflects the strong trust customers place in the company’s after-sales ecosystem.

“Achieving our highest-ever annual service load is a significant milestone and reflects the trust customers place in Maruti Suzuki’s after-sales capabilities. I would also like to thank our channel partners for their continued commitment and tireless efforts, which have been instrumental in achieving this milestone,” he said.

Takeuchi added that high-quality after-sales service remains critical for maintaining vehicle health and ensuring optimal performance throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle. He noted that strong service support also plays a crucial role in building long-term customer confidence and enhancing brand loyalty.

The company reiterated its long-standing strategy of expanding service infrastructure ahead of sales growth. With vehicle technologies evolving rapidly and customer expectations increasing, Maruti Suzuki said it remains focused on introducing innovative service formats and strengthening its nationwide footprint to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency.

As part of its long-term growth plans, the automaker aims to expand its service network to around 8,000 service touchpoints by FY2030-31.
