Priced from ₹13.66 lakh (ex-showroom), the XUV 7XO builds on the legacy of the hugely successful XUV700, which has attracted over 3 lakh customers since its launch in 2021.
Designed to set new benchmarks in sophistication, performance and advanced technology, the XUV 7XO aims to democratise high-end features by offering cutting-edge technology starting from the base variant.
Advanced Technology from the Base Variant
Mahindra’s commitment to accessible innovation is evident in the AX base variant, which comes equipped with Coast-to-Coast 31.24 cm Triple HD screens, Intelligent ADRENOX, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa Built-in with ChatGPT integration, cruise control, push-button start/stop, and 75 safety features as standard.
The SUV is offered in multiple trims including AX, AX3, AX5, AX7, AX7T and AX7L, with both six- and seven-seater configurations, and petrol and diesel powertrain options. Introductory prices are applicable for the first 40,000 customer deliveries, with automatic transmission and all-wheel drive available at an additional cost.
Design, Luxury and Ride Comfort Take Centre Stage
The XUV 7XO features an expressive design highlighted by a full-width piano-black grille with jewel-like talon accents, Bi-LED projector headlamps, diamond-inspired LED tail lamps, and R19 diamond-cut alloy wheels, giving it a bold ‘tough-premium’ SUV stance.
Inside, the cabin delivers a luxury-first experience with ventilated front and rear seats, powered driver and co-driver seats with memory and boss mode, multi-zone ambient lighting, soft-touch leatherette finishes, and a dual-zone automatic climate control system.
Segment-First Technology and Performance
The SUV introduces several first-in-segment features, including Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos paired with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a 540-degree surround-view camera with digital video recording, Level-2 ADAS with dynamic visualisation, frameless electrochromic IRVM, and Approach Unlock and Walk Away Lock.
On the performance front, the XUV 7XO marks the global debut of Mahindra’s DAVINCI suspension technology, offering a more refined and stable ride. Power comes from the 2.0L mStallion TGDi petrol engine and 2.2L mHawk turbo-diesel engine, with manual and automatic transmission options and first-in-segment all-wheel drive in the diesel variant.
Focus on Safety and Delivery Timeline
Safety remains a key focus, with over 120 safety features, seven airbags, Level-2 ADAS with 17 functions, driver drowsiness alert, tyre pressure monitoring, and engineering aimed at achieving a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating.
Deliveries for AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants will commence from January 14, 2026, starting with pre-booked customers, while AX, AX3 and AX5 variants are scheduled for delivery from April 2026.
