Odysse Electric Launches High-Speed ‘SUN’ Scooter with Premium Features

Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s fastest-growing premium electric vehicle manufacturers, has unveiled its latest high-speed electric scooter – Odysse SUN – aimed at riders seeking performance, comfort, and smart commuting solutions.

The Odysse SUN boasts a top speed of 70 km/h and offers two range options – approximately 85 km (1.95 Kwh) and 130 km (2.90 Kwh) on a single charge. Powered by a 2500W peak motor, the scooter’s AIS 156-approved lithium-ion batteries can be fully charged in 4 to 4.5 hours, making it ideal for daily urban travel.

Built with versatility in mind, the scooter features three transmission modes – Drive, Parking, and Reverse – for smooth handling in city traffic. Key highlights include telescopic front suspension, hydraulic multi-level adjustable shock absorbers, front and rear disc brakes, digital meter, and a keyless start-stop system. Safety is further enhanced with LED lighting and a double flash reverse light.

The Odysse SUN also offers 32 litres of under-seat storage, an aviation-grade seat, plus-size ergonomic design, and luxury-inspired styling – all aimed at delivering unmatched comfort for both short commutes and long city hauls.

Available in four premium colours – Patina Green, Gunmetal Grey, Phantom Black, and Ice Blue – the Odysse SUN is priced at ₹81,000 for the 1.95 Kwh variant and ₹91,000 for the 2.90 Kwh variant (ex-showroom). Bookings are now open both online and at Odysse dealerships nationwide.
