TVS Motor Company Posts Highest-Ever Quarterly Sales in Q3 FY26; December 2025 Sales Surge 50%

New Delhi: TVS Motor Company has reported its highest-ever quarterly sales performance in the third quarter of the financial year 2025–26 (Q3 FY26), underscoring strong demand across domestic and international markets. The company recorded total sales of 15.44 lakh units during the quarter, driven by robust growth in two-wheelers, three-wheelers and exports.

Strong Q3 FY26 Performance Across Segments

In Q3 FY26, two-wheeler sales grew by 25%, rising from 11.83 lakh units in Q3 FY25 to 14.84 lakh units. The three-wheeler segment delivered exceptional growth of 106%, with sales increasing from 0.29 lakh units to 0.60 lakh units during the same period.

TVS Motor Company’s international business also witnessed strong momentum, registering a 40% growth, with sales increasing from 2.94 lakh units in Q3 FY25 to 4.10 lakh units in Q3 FY26.

December 2025 Sales Jump 50% Year-on-Year

The company’s performance remained strong in December 2025, with monthly sales reaching 481,389 units, marking a 50% year-on-year growth compared to 321,687 units in December 2024.

Two-Wheeler Sales Lead Growth

Total two-wheeler sales grew by 48% in December 2025, increasing from 312,002 units in December 2024 to 461,071 units.

  • Domestic two-wheeler sales rose by 54%, from 215,075 units to 330,362 units.
  • Motorcycle sales increased by 50%, growing from 144,811 units to 216,867 units.
  • Scooter sales recorded a 48% rise, up from 133,919 units to 198,017 units.

Electric Vehicle Sales Accelerate

TVS Motor Company’s electric vehicle (EV) portfolio continued its strong growth trajectory, with sales rising 77% year-on-year. EV sales increased from 20,171 units in December 2024 to 35,605 units in December 2025, reflecting growing customer adoption of electric mobility.

Exports and Three-Wheelers Show Sharp Growth

The company’s total exports grew by 40% in December 2025, increasing from 104,393 units to 146,022 unitsTwo-wheeler exports alone rose by 35%, reaching 130,709 units compared to 96,927 units a year earlier.

The three-wheeler segment delivered standout performance, registering 110% growth, with sales more than doubling from 9,685 units in December 2024 to 20,318 units in December 2025.
