MotoGP Chief Commercial Officer Dan Rossomondo to Depart in January 2026

MotoGP has officially announced that its Chief Commercial Officer, Dan Rossomondo, will leave the organisation in January 2026, marking the end of a significant chapter in the sport’s commercial evolution. Rossomondo joined MotoGP in 2023 and has since been instrumental in strengthening the championship’s global commercial strategy and brand identity.

During his three-year tenure, Rossomondo played a key role in expanding MotoGP’s commercial capabilities, building a strong internal team, and laying the foundation for long-term business growth. His contributions have been widely acknowledged by the MotoGP leadership.

MotoGP CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta praised Rossomondo’s impact, stating: “Dan has been an important part of MotoGP’s commercial evolution and a trusted member of our leadership team. We are grateful for his dedication and the positive impact he has made on the sport. We wish him the very best for the future.”

Reflecting on his time with the organisation, Rossomondo expressed gratitude and fondness for MotoGP: “I would like to thank Carmelo and the team for all their support over the last three years. I loved learning about this amazing sport and have become a genuine fan. Going forward, I will be cheering for its continued success from the U.S. as I return home to spend more time with my family.”

MotoGP confirmed that Rossomondo will continue to support the leadership team through the transition period, offering strategic guidance to ensure continuity and stability. The search for his successor is expected to begin soon as MotoGP continues to strengthen its commercial and brand initiatives ahead of the 2026 season.
