New Delhi, October 1, 2025 – Kia India, one of the leading mass premium carmakers in the country, reported sales of 22,700 units in September 2025, marking a 15.8% growth over August 2025 when it sold 19,608 units.
Strong Year-to-Date Growth
Between January and September 2025, Kia India achieved Year-To-Date (YTD) sales of 206,582 units, reflecting a 7.2% increase compared to 192,690 units sold during the same period in 2024. This steady momentum highlights the brand’s growing market presence and strong customer appeal.
GST Reforms and Festive Season Boost Demand

These factors have fueled higher demand across Kia’s product portfolio, including the Sonet, Carens, Carens Clavis, Seltos, Syros, and Carnival.
Commenting on the performance, Atul Sood, Senior VP, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said:
“September 2025 marks a significant milestone for Kia India, driven by the positive impact of GST reforms and festive season demand. This robust growth reflects the enduring trust customers place in our brand, the strength of our innovative and feature-rich lineup, and our commitment to delivering superior mobility solutions.”
Exports Strengthen Global Footprint
In addition to domestic sales, Kia India also exported 2,606 units in September 2025, reaffirming its strategy of strengthening its international footprint and diversifying its market outreach beyond India.
