Škoda Auto India Launches ‘Škoda Super Care’ Brand-Wide Service Programme from 2026

New Delhi: Škoda Auto India has announced the launch of Škoda Super Care, a comprehensive, brand-wide service programme that will be rolled out across its entire model lineup from 2026 onwards. The initiative introduces industry-leading ownership benefits aimed at simplifying car ownership and enhancing long-term customer trust.

4-Year Warranty, Roadside Assistance and Free Services

Under Škoda Super Care, customers will receive a 4-year standard warranty4-year roadside assistance, and four labour-free services as standard across all models. The service package also includes new maintenance plansdesigned to offer predictable and affordable ownership costs throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

The four complimentary services comprise Periodic Maintenance Services at 15,000 km and 30,000 km, along with newly introduced Škoda Check-in services at 1,000 km and 7,500 km, helping customers establish an early connect with authorised Škoda service centres.

Focus on Predictable and Transparent Ownership Experience

The Škoda Super Care programme has been designed to deliver peace of mind, transparency and value, offering customers a simplified and integrated service framework. Benefits include clear pricing, convenient service scheduling through digital and dealer channels, access to genuine parts, and trained technicians across Škoda’s service network.

In addition to extended coverage, Škoda Super Care introduces improvements in service processes, including easy booking, itemised billing, faster turnaround times and real-time service status updates. Customers can access support through Škoda’s nationwide service centres, digital platforms and dedicated call centre.
