Tata Motors Reports Strong 32% Domestic Growth in November 2025; Total Vehicle Sales Up 29%

Tata Motors posted a robust sales performance in November 2025, driven by strong demand across its Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles (M&HCV) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) portfolios. The company reported 16,491 domestic sales, marking an impressive 32% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) growth compared to 12,473 units sold in November 2024.

M&HCV Segment Sees Strong Uptick

The M&HCV category continued its upward trajectory, reflecting increased infrastructure activity, logistics expansion, and healthy fleet replacement trends.

  • M&HCV Trucks: 8,576 units (30% growth)
  • M&HCV Buses: 1,662 units (27% growth)
  • Total M&HCV Domestic: 10,238 units (29% growth)

Cumulatively, Tata Motors has sold 72,145 M&HCV units in FY2025, up 6% from 68,249 units in the same period last year.

LCV Sales Surge 37% in November

The LCV segment posted the highest monthly growth, supported by rising demand in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, and urban logistics.

  • LCV Domestic: 6,253 units (37% growth)
  • Cumulative LCV Sales: 46,219 units (10% growth)

Overall Domestic Sales Cross 16,000 Units

For November 2025, Tata Motors’ total domestic sales stood at 16,491 units, up 32% from November 2024. Cumulative domestic sales reached 1,18,364 units, reflecting a steady 7% increase.


Domestic + Exports: Tata Motors Records 29% Growth in November 2025

Including exports, Tata Motors achieved 18,272 total vehicle sales, registering a strong 29% Y-o-Y growth compared to 14,137 units in November 2024.

M&HCV Exports Strengthen Performance

  • M&HCV Trucks (Domestic + Exports): 8,952 units (25% growth)
  • M&HCV Buses: 2,729 units (35% growth)
  • Total M&HCV: 11,681 units (27% growth)

Cumulative M&HCV global sales rose to 81,335 units, recording 9% growth.

LCV Sales Show Consistent Growth

  • LCV (Domestic + Exports): 6,591 units (33% growth)
  • Cumulative LCV Sales: 48,111 units (9% growth)

Total Vehicles (Domestic + Exports)

  • November 2025: 18,272 units (29% growth)
  • Cumulative FY2025: 1,29,446 units (9% growth)
