Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Reports 25% YoY Growth with 5.91 Lakh Sales in November 2025

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has announced an impressive sales performance for November 2025, recording 5,91,136 units in total sales. The figure includes 5,33,645 domestic units and 57,491 units exported, marking a strong 25% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to November 2024.

With the ongoing growth momentum, HMSI’s Year-to-Date (YTD) sales for FY26 (April–November 2025) have reached 42,32,748 units, comprising 38,12,096 units in domestic sales and 4,20,652 units in exports.


HMSI Strengthens Road Safety Initiatives Nationwide

Continuing its focus on road safety, HMSI conducted awareness programmes across key cities including Nagpur, Nashik, Khammam, Dwarka, Bokaro, Haldwani, Karnal, Bahadurgarh, Bikaner, Cooch Behar, Shajapur, Theni and Belgaum. These initiatives featured interactive learning experiences to promote responsible riding habits among citizens.

As part of Children’s Month, HMSI also launched a special Kids Carnival across all its manufacturing plants, 10 Traffic Training Parks (TTPs) and 6 Safety Driving Education Centers (SDECs). Themed “Safety Explorers: Journey Through Traffic Land,” the campaign aimed at making early road safety education engaging and impactful for children.

Additionally, HMSI organized Road Safety Conventions in Coimbatore and Varanasi, encouraging educators to integrate road safety awareness into school-level teaching.


Corporate Social Responsibility: Empowerment & Skill Development

Under its CSR initiatives, the Honda India Foundation (HIF) announced several impactful programmes in November:

1. Kaushal Vikas Kendra for Persons with Disabilities

In partnership with Sarthak Educational Trust, HIF inaugurated a skill development centre in Bengaluru to empower Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through vocational training and job-oriented interventions.

2. Career Progression Program for Healthcare Workers

Through its flagship initiative Project Pragati, HIF launched a Career Progression Program for General Duty Assistants (GDAs), helping them move into specialized technical roles with assured employment at Amrita Hospital.

3. Sports Talent Nurturing Program

In collaboration with the Manav Rachna Sports Academy (MRSA), Faridabad, HIF introduced a talent development initiative for underprivileged youth in Badminton and Table Tennis, offering access to professional coaching and scientific training.

With strong domestic demand, robust exports, and a consistent focus on community development and road safety, HMSI remains strongly positioned for an accelerated growth trajectory through the rest of FY26.
