Škoda Auto India Marks 25 Years with Record Sales — 8,252 Cars Sold in October 2025
Pune, November 1, 2025: Škoda Auto India has made 2025 a landmark year, celebrating its 25th anniversary in India with record-breaking sales. The company sold 8,252 cars in October 2025, its highest-ever monthly sales, reinforcing its strongest year in the country so far.
Between January and October 2025, Škoda Auto India achieved total sales of 61,607 units, supported by its best-ever quarterly and half-yearly performance. This milestone highlights the brand’s growing appeal among Indian customers, powered by a robust SUV lineup, premium sedans, and an expanding nationwide footprint.
Kylaq Leads Growth as Škoda Delivers Biggest Year Yet
tThe newly launched Škoda Kylaq, the brand’s first-ever sub-4-metre SUV, has been a major growth driver, contributing nearly 40,000 units since launch. Alongside, the flagship Kodiaq 4×4 continues to attract luxury SUV buyers, while the Kushaq and Slavia limited editions have strengthened Škoda’s core volume base.
The performance-focused Octavia RS added excitement to the lineup, with all units sold out within just 20 minutes of launch — a testament to the enthusiasm of India’s Škoda fans.
“We began 2025 with the intent to significantly strengthen the brand and surge ahead in India. This milestone of our ‘biggest sales ever’ is a testament to our clarity of vision and agility of execution,” said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India.
“Our product offensive, culturally relevant communication, and network expansion to 318 touchpoints have made our 25th anniversary our biggest year in India yet,” he added.
