TVS Motor Company Launches All-New Raider with Segment-First Boost Mode, Dual Disc ABS, and SmartXonnect Platform

Chennai, October 6: TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a leading global automaker in the two- and three-wheeler segments, has launched the most advanced variant yet of its popular commuter motorcycle — the TVS Raider. The new Raider introduces a host of segment-first features, advanced connectivity, and upgraded performance that set new benchmarks in the 125cc motorcycle category.

The new TVS Raider comes powered by a refined 3-valve 125cc engine that produces best-in-class torque of 11.75 Nm @ 6,000 RPM, offering brisk acceleration and exhilarating performance. Adding to its power credentials is a first-in-segment “Boost Mode” with iGO Assist technology, which delivers an instant power surge for quicker response and improved rideability.

Safety and control take center stage with dual disc brakes featuring single-channel ABS, another first in the segment, ensuring enhanced braking confidence and stability. Riders also benefit from Glide Through Technology (GTT) for seamless low-speed maneuvering and superior fuel efficiency, and a Follow Me Headlamp feature that illuminates the path briefly even after the ignition is turned off — an innovative safety addition for dark environments.

The new wider tyres (90/90-17 front and 110/80-17 rear) enhance grip and cornering confidence, while the sporty red alloy wheels and new metallic silver finish add to the motorcycle’s dynamic, youthful appeal.

The TVS SmartXonnect™ platform now comes in two connected display options — a vibrant TFT cluster with 99+ features and a reverse LCD unit with 85+ features. Both offer Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call handling, and notification management, giving riders a truly modern digital experience.

The new TVS Raider is priced at ₹95,600 (Ex-showroom Delhi) for the TFT Dual Disc (DD) variant and ₹93,800 for the SXC Dual Disc (DD) variant. It will be available across all TVS Motor Company dealerships starting this month.
