Škoda Auto India Records 110% Sales Growth in Q3 2025, Driven by Kylaq SUV
Škoda Auto India has continued its remarkable growth story in 2025, registering a 110% year-on-year increase in sales between July and September 2025 compared to the same period last year. The momentum carried into September, when the company sold 6,636 cars, marking a 101% year-on-year growth for the month.
This performance was led by the strong demand for the Kylaq, Škoda’s first sub-4m SUV, alongside steady contributions from the Kushaq, Slavia, and Kodiaq.
Kylaq Powers Growth, Q3 Milestone Achieved
The Kylaq has emerged as Škoda’s growth driver in India, crossing 34,500 units in sales since its launch. Between January and September 2025, Škoda Auto India achieved a total of 53,355 units, underscoring the brand’s product strength and rising acceptance among Indian buyers.
To mark 25 years of Škoda in India, the company launched special editions of the Kushaq, Slavia, and Kylaq, while expanding its reach to over 315 touchpoints across 177 cities.

Enhancing Trust and Brand Advocacy
Škoda has reinforced customer trust with “Fans of Škoda” drives across iconic Indian locations including Garli, Hampi, Leh, and major metros. The company also hosted Exchange Carnivals in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Additionally, Škoda has begun region-specific communication in local languages, building stronger grassroots connections with Indian customers. The introduction of the Kodiaq Lounge further strengthens Škoda’s entry point into the luxury 4×4 SUV market.
