September 2, 2025: The LCR Honda MotoGP team have confirmed that Johann Zarco will remain with the squad for another two years, securing his place on the grid until the end of the 2027 season. The Frenchman becomes the first rider to sign a contract that stretches into MotoGP’s new 2027 technical regulations, marking a significant step for both Honda and the series.

Zarco’s new agreement is once again directly with Honda Racing Corporation (HRC), ensuring his continued status as a factory rider.
