Uber and BIAL Launch Premium Pickup Zones for Uber Black and Uber Comfort at Bengaluru Airport

Uber in partnership with Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), has unveiled dedicated premium pickup zones for Uber Black and Uber Comfort at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (BLR Airport). The initiative aims to offer a seamless, premium airport travel experience for passengers switching between flights and ground transport.

The newly introduced zones provide faster access to rides, trained on-ground support staff, and premium amenities such as water dispensers, charging stations, and a staffed helpdesk kiosk. Positioned at both terminals of BLR Airport, these pickup points are designed to enhance comfort, service, and convenience for travelers booking Uber’s top-tier ride categories.

This marks Uber’s first-ever Uber Black pickup zone at an Indian airport, further reinforcing its status as a premium mobility provider. The service features highly rated drivers and well-appointed vehicles, delivering a ride experience tailored to discerning travelers.
