Nissan India Launches Flood Relief Support Initiative for Affected Customers

In response to the recent floods affecting several parts of India, Nissan Motor India has launched a comprehensive customer support initiative aimed at assisting those impacted by the natural calamity. Reinforcing its commitment to customer care, the automaker is offering a host of relief services to ensure peace of mind and quick recovery for vehicle owners.

Nissan’s special flood-relief program includes free towing of flood-damaged vehicles to the nearest authorized workshops and a dedicated helpdesk (1800 209 3456) to streamline assistance. The initiative also features extended service hourssupport with insurance claims (including coverage of excess clause fees), and discounts on select repairs and replacements.

Affected customers will receive a 10% discount on engine oil and oil filter replacements, along with an additional 10% off on floor carpet replacements. To ensure vehicle safety and long-term performance, all impacted vehicles will also undergo a comprehensive health check-up.
